It's a pleasure to meet with Isa who is professional and kind. I scooped into the property after work to check it out and by accident asked her about the area. She introduced her self and she was about to close one of the apartments so she showed me. I'm really happy that I was able to find Concord Place which is a very nice apartment complex around this area. Looking forward to live here.

Excellent tour and charming property. I've been trying to make time to go to Concord for a proper tour and Isa accommodate me and my family on a Sunday afternoon for a tour. The leasing manager was very detail oriented and answer all my question before I even ask. I asked two of the residents from the complex how they like management and the property and they both gave me good feed back. It was kind of funny to read one of the negative reviews here. I've visited a friend of mine here, and her apartment is well kept and she as well has no complains about management. Apparently is completely the opposite. Management likes to take care of repairs right away. I will definitely move in here.

LIVED THERE FOR 2 YRS AND WHEN I GAVE ISA MY 30 DAYS NOTICE TO MOVE, AND I CLEANED THE APARTMENT CLEAN AND SHE FAILED TO BE PRESENT FOR THE FINAL WALK THROUGH, SHE KEPT MY DEPOSIT. WHEN I CALLED CORPORATE TO FIND OUT WHY THEY KEPT MY DEPOSIT AND SPOKE WITH A DAISY, RUDE WOMAN, I ASKED TO SPEAK WITH HER SUPERVISOR SHE REFUSED TO TRANSFER ME, NOW I AM SUING THEM NOT ONLY FOR MY MOVE IN DEPOSIT BUT ALSO I LISTED 2 CARS AND 1 GOT TOWED AWAY. ISA STARTED OUT TO BE VERY NICE, BUT TOWARD THE END SHE BECAME MEAN. THE PRICE THAT YOU ARE PAYING THERE IS NOT WORTH IT. I NOW PAY WHAT I USED TO PAY WHEN I FIRST MOVED IN THERE AND IT COMES WITH A GARAGE, AND GYM, WHERE CONCORD DOES NOT PROVIDE AND ALSO PLENTY OF GUEST PARKING WITHOUT HAVING TO WORRY FOR A CITATION OR CAR BEING TOWED. ALSO MY APARTMENT WAS INFESTED WITH ROACHES AND MICE...I GOT PICTURES TO PROVE OF WHICH I TEXT TO ISA

Moved here 5 months ago and it has been a pleasant experience so far. The apartment manager Isa Rios is the best apartment manager I have had yet. She is always available on call for maintenance issues and helps out with the delivery packages as well. The apartment complex is a smaller one which makes managing it easy and keeping strangers out. Has a good laundry facility on site as well. I looked around for a month before deciding to stay here. This place is the best one for the price.
