According to the Fair Housing Act, it is illegal to charge an extra fee for service animals. However, according to their policies, any person wishing to have a service animal on their premises, including their own residents, MUST full out a service animal application and pay a fee specifically for that service animal. This is ILLEGAL. They also refuse to allow other service animals onto the property without an approved application and fee, even service animals of contractors or workers they hire themselves.

I just looked on internet and currently there are 29 for sale but it is a ton of condos that are in groups and it's a 55 plus community
Wayne, are you specifically looking for a condo? there is a house listed in the neighborhood beside the hospital, for rent. not familiar with anything on the lil island. perhaps call their office.
