Beautiful and quiet place to live

Everything is very nice, it has multiple swimming pools (one is not working), it has a tennis court, nice and big houses, a large lake and several animals. So cute

The community is beautiful and quiet. It's located perfectly near the turnpike, palmetto (so it's easy to get to i95), and 18th (so it's easy to get to the Sawgrass). But the management is at best incompetent. The manager is rude, simple, and sketchy. Great place to rent. Take care of issues with your property and the management company in a timely manner, they will not handle it in a time sensitive way, so it will just take longer to deal with. Keep this in mind.

As a vendor providing weekly services, they are very lax in paying their bill when due - have to constantly follow up for payment - afterall, it's not their paycheck or income.
