Great place! They allow dogs in the pool here. HOA personnel are very reasonable and accommodating.

I dont knowbthe hoa fees that depends on your sq. Footage. I can tell you that you are restricted to 1 small dog. Or 1 cat but not both. You can call Carol at POHA to get the exact measurements of the pet. Only owners are allowed pets. No pets for renters. Hope this helps

No power is all i know at this time. Im in ny. My neighbors claim its a lot of trees down, debris. No electric has its own problems though. No a/ c. No lights.. But we are strong bunch of buildings. I am in highrise 1. Hope this helps
