Relaxed driving range, not the best balls or grass but if you’re new like me and just want to practice getting contact it’s a good affordable place to practice.

Definitely not a quality driving range. The balls are OLD, half are cracked, and none of them will give you an accurate ball flight. The range is grass, but its very poor quality and honestly is mostly just dirt. Lastly, there is a tiny putting green, but its basically a piece of felt on concrete. Unusable to practice either chipping or putting. It's also fairly pricey for how bad the balls are...$11 for a medium bucket. If you are brand new to golf this might be okay, otherwise I would use with caution.

Good range but showed up at 7:45 on a Saturday with no lights on or anything. Supposedly they were closed?

You can buy him a "card" there for $100 that allows him to go 10 times and hit a large bucket of golf balls.
