Oh man where do I begin… I had to wait sometime for my rental which sucked because I did book in advance. Then my rental ended up being a lemon. Check engine came on in the middle of the Nevada desert. Started running like complete garbage. Switched it in Vegas, and made it back here safely in a new rental. The tall, goofy blonde gentleman was so sincere and apologetic! He made it right and I definitely was a pleased customer afterwards! (Can’t remember his name) I will always rent at this location!

Easy to book online & p/u vehicle. Both people I worked with were great. The car, a Toyota Corolla, was fabulous. Drove great to from Spokane Valley to Boise and back. Honest, friendly, reliable.

Did not sanitize anything, dirty and dusty vehicles, will charge you full day rent price even if you retured vehicle early. Got my rental with no gas. Terrible customer service, thieving rental agency.

Had a wedding to be at. Had a reservation with thrifty for 3 weeks. Of course when I got there they looked for any reason to ruin my trip. Went a few blocks down the road to enterprise. Alyssa and Sydney went above and beyond to save my trip! They were very professional and helpful! I will never take my business anywhere else! Customer for life! They got me in a great car and everything went perfectly smooth! Can’t thank them enough!
