Good, low-pressure environment. Good selection. My salesperson (Eddie) was friendly and seemed knowledgeable. THE BIGGEST DIFFERENCE was in the delivery/installation process -- Airport was much better than the other large retailer I was working with (think a big blue building an "L" on it). The only thing preventing me from giving 5 stars at this time is to see how well the appliance actually works over time. If you'd like me to update this review at a later date I would be happy to do so.

On the advice of our son, we have bought 2 major appliances for our condo in San Carlos from Airport Home Appliance. We live out of the area, so our first experience was buying from the warehouse. We had difficulty with delivery of that appliance. The delivery was canceled after we had driven up from Southern California to receive it. The delivery could not be rescheduled at a time when we were at the condo, causing us to rely on a family member to interrupt their schedule to sit at the condo and wait. We had a better experience with our second appliance which we selected and purchase from the Redwood City store. The appliance was delivered on the day it was scheduled albeit after the 4:00 ending time. The installers were efficient, knowledgeable and polite. It renewed our faith in Airport Appliance.

Great Experience! I tried to order a fridge online, but you really need to see appliances in person and have a knowledgeable person help you out. This showroom had tons of appliances to see in person and somebody who knew the good models from the bad. I really wish I had started here first rather than trying to order from a big box store without seeing the product first. So happy with what I purchased from Airport Appliance - a much higher end product at the same price. Delivery was a breeze. Will shop here again for sure and just skip the online ordering. For high ticket items, just not a good idea.

This is the third time Airport Appliance has saved me-- this time from being without a refrigerator for 4+ weeks. Now with appliances taking months to deliver, it was great that Airport had a great selection IN STOCK and could deliver within a few days. To price compare before buying, I went to a well known big box appliance store. They told me the same exact fridge would take a month (at least) and theirs was $200 more. Each time I work with Airport they are fast, reliable, honest, well priced, knowledgeable, and accommodating. You have your own sales person to help you make the right choices with all the information you need. And that is where the difference lies. You won't regret going to Airport Appliance.
