7/27/2022 - First time visiting the brick and mortar in RWC. I picked up an online order delivered to the store. I was genuinely greeted on entering the store. Dale (I think this was his name) quickly and efficiently got my order from the back room. I had to exchange of the gloves without a hitch. Dale was professional and helpful when showing me saddlebags. Nice selection of gear and parts too. Definitely will be back.

I arrived at the store on a Sunday afternoon, thinking that I’d just “look” at motorcycle helmets. I asked lots of questions and received lots of information. I quickly narrowed down my choices to three of the top-of-the-line helmet brands. I tried on each helmet for sizing and comfort. As closing time approached, I finally selected a helmet to purchase. The customer service was excellent! My questions were answered and my concerns were addressed!

The person that helped me seemed knowledgeable, but mounted my rear tire backwards on my hub after going over it before drop off. Also purchased a helmet that that I was told would be at the store in two days. That was 4 days ago, and it hasn't left the warehouse. Previous experiences have been perfect

Yes, Riders Plus Membership has a yearly membership with discounts, rewards and other perks. Any employee at the store can fill you in and sign you up.
Call your local Cycle Gear store. Or head to the website and click "Stores" at the top. Search for your store and click "Set as My Store" button. When you look at a product's page you can see if it is available at your local store.
Check out the careers page on the website. If you go into the store they'll probably tell you the same thing so you can apply right on the online site.
Yup, they’ll accept returns for online orders as long as you are returning the items within 90 days of receipt and it's in new unused condition with all the original tags and packaging. Make sure you have your order number on hand.

Yup, someone working there should be able to help you find a helmet that fits well.
You have to wear a mask. Helmets are sanitized before and after trying on.
Stock in stores moves frequently. You are best to give them a call and if they have it in stock they can hold it for you
