If I could give 0 stars, I would. We are prior tenants. We bought a house and moved out of there and it couldn't have come soon enough. The management is an absolute joke. We had a sewage backup in our yard that they never fixed. I personally know the people living there now and it still isn't fixed. 90% of the time they won't answer your calls or they say that they will call you back and then they don't, and ignore any future calls. That is IF their voicemail box isn't full which is a regular occurance. They don't enforce the lease terms and the bottom line is they don't care what goes on as long as you never bother them. When we gave notice they asked me to provide a copy of my lease because "they didn't have it on record" and now they are trying to say I have to prove I paid rent for JULY OF LAST YEAR which is a full year ago. I have the bank transaction record but they haven't told me where i am supposed to submit this information. Not to mention it has been almost 2 months since we moved and we had to reach out to them to find out ANYTHING about the deposit and then didnt hear back for a week. After the manager tried to pretend she had sent it by saying "you haven't gotten it yet??" Other current tenants are having ongoing struggles with management that have been occuring for over a YEAR. mostly relating to fraud or NOT DOING THEIR JOBS. The current manager even told us she wasn't going to accept the applicant we had because she was "mad at them." if you are looking for constant frustration and unprofessionalism this place is for you!

Never met the managers! But I am told that they do nothing but increase the lot fee every year for like the past 5yr.s! So they can force decent people with low incomes out! To then seize their property an sell it off for profit for the owners
