Rafael, the community manager, was an amazing help during the touring and application processes. He was very responsive and enthusiastic, and gave us a great feeling about the apartment. He provided a highly detailed and interactive self guided tour, and also allowed us to see the unit twice in one day, although we only had one tour scheduled. Overall, the entire process was completed within a few days, with no delays or issues on the tour, application or lease. We greatly look forward to living in Forty55, and I highly suggest speaking with Rafael if you are interested!

obsessed with this place. Rafael the property manager, along with Diana, are super nice, helpful, and attentive. They really go above and beyond and have helped us out in numerous ways with packages, move-in, and answering all of our questions with a warm smile. The location is perfect and the amenities are great. Thank you for giving us a lovely LA home!

This location has it all! Went in for a tour recently and the new manager Rafael was nothing short of amazing! Friendliest attitude of all of the places we checked so far in the surrounding area. Beautiful pool, great gym space, and the apartment homes look top notch! The complex is in such a great spot with so much around it. We have some last details to go over before we decide, but this is definitely a front-runner for our future home!
