I have personally known J.D. since 2008 and have also worked on projects with him. Not only is J.D. a super ethical person, he also goes above and beyond to ensure his clients get the best home buying/selling experience. With his wealth of knowledge and expertise of the area, nothing slips through the cracks.

I’ve known JD since 1999, and he definitely lives up to his Mr. Westside designation. I’ve been extremely impressed with his negotiating skills over the years. I find it especially important in this highly competitive market. When he refers his clients for mortgage financing, they always have great things to say about him. They trust that he uses his knowledge & expertise in either selling their home, or purchasing the home of their dreams. More importantly, they are confident he is looking out for their best interests. I highly recommend J.D. for your next real estate transaction.

JD was terrific. He listened carefully to what we said and did extra research to help us try to find the particular amenities we were looking for in a certain radius. He is detail-oriented and always on the job. He managed to help us locate and buy a house in a very short time with no hitches. His many years of experience show.

JD is on top of it from start to finish— he has contacts for great mortgage loans and can make sure your experience is seamless, solid and completely professional. While my first attempt to purchase didn’t go through due to mold, JD was a wonderful support and guided me through all the tough decisions with great knowledge and experience. I plan to stick with him for my next attempt.

This really depends on how financially strong you are. Obviously, it’s usually more convenient for most buyers to purchase and then wait to sell your prior home until after you have moved into the new home. If you just need a small loan to cover the gap in funds between the purchase and the sale then you can explore the option of a bridge loan (more info here: https://www.mrwestside.com/buy-before-you-sell-bridge-loan) or if you need a larger loan then you would need to speak with a lender.
