If you live here, you will lose your package all the time, the entire building smells musty and the elevator is constantly broken. You can hear your neighbors next door talking since the wall is so thin. You will also hear your downstair neighbors bang on their ceiling at ever sound. If this is the LUXURY living experience you’re looking for, move in ASAP! :DD

They're going to goat you in with the beautiful location and seemingly helpful services, but none of them actually exist. You can't even get them to provide you security tapes or contact info when your neighbor (repeatedly) damages your property. My car has been hit here at least 3 times by the person who parks right next to me, and they refuse to assist me - not even by moving the offending party. Brittany in the office was consistently unhelpful.

Absolutely the place to live . Definitely the most worthwhile place to live !!! There's everything here. Stunning views, close to the sea, 5 minutes walking distance, perfect weather, kind and smiling people, you can walk, ride a bike, go kayaking. Highly recommend this neighborhood. Waking up here every morning with a smile😊
