Unfortunately not a smoke free community. And please realize that even if your neighbor smokes and the smoke goes into your apartment and your wife is pregnant, management’s only help is advising us to close our windows and doors during summer for the whole night, and buy a portable AC unit. Defeats the purpose of living next to the water and being able to enjoy the balcony.

Of course. The Maintenance service here at Mariners Village is beyond comparison! Their response is instant!! You never have to wait - I've even had someone respond the second after I've sent in the request! I don't like to brag about the service here because I'm frankly very possessive of my life here at Mariner's Village. There is simply NOwhere in LA to compare or compete with the quality of life - & service - here at Mariner's Village. They seriously CARE about their residents. Where else does THAT happen?!

Living there would be nice if the neighbors decide to like you. The walls are paper thin and if you live on any of the lower floors you will hear stomping above. It seems nice and there is perks of being close to the beach but I would recommend countless other places more locally owned. Don’t get locked into a year lease here especially if you just moved here and want that beach lifestyle. You’ll be disappointed.

Mariners Village is hands down the best complex I have lived in during the past 20 years. Not just the location, the beauty, and amenities but also the working staff throughout the grounds. Everyone is so welcoming and helpful at all times. A big shout out to Danny Quintanilla, who was the property manager who first rented to me and my gf, and now oversees the operations of the Village. He always goes above and beyond, with a smile on his face. When great work meets great attitude, that’s where true customer service stems from. Thank you for everything Danny!

Hi Rachel, thanks for your question! We have guest parking on Captains Row, near the front of "The Village" where our leasing office and clubhouse is located. In addition, there are guest parking spots along Northwest Passage, and near our tennis courts. Please schedule a tour to visit!
