This property offers several amenities including a gym, pool, hot tub, tennis courts, bicycles, and kayak rentals. The maintenance staff while understaffed is resourceful, hard working, and professional. Although, one of the best parts of living here is the business office staff. Specifically Nora and Brittany are amazing and always extremely helpful. They're a pleasure to deal with and follow up whenever there is an issue. Living at the Villa wouldn't be the same without them in the business office and taking care of the residents. This property is lucky to have them... thank you!

After my visit in the guest sweet at Marina Harbor I was pleasantly impressed with the professionalism and the amazing scenery. I spoke to Victoria and she really helped me with all my necessities and making my family’s stay a memorable one. I would definitely recommend the guest sweet to other resident’s and their guests.
