I was on live on tiktok this morning and your employee charlene webb thought it appropriate to to bully me saying "are you trying to look like this" and "you make yourself up to look cheap" I have over 300.000 followers on this app and having a very jealous, spiteful member of staff that discrimates people purely on their aesthetic. I don't this this bodes well for your business. I've screenshots of these comments and I'd very much like to talk to her supervisor

This place is a joke and its honesty funny this place is nothing personal against anybody specifically, they just here to scam everybody you WILL get scammed here lol also move in if you don't want to park your car bc they don't even give one space per apartment and tell you to park on the curb just for them to towe you they won't add new spaces but happy to towe other you and your neighbors to open up a few spots at 4am for it to get overflown with cars the next day by 9 pm but the facade of a nice beautiful apartment is cool ig

They illegally evicted me and my kids, filed a false return of service and attempted to intervene in the entire eviction case. After me and my kids have lived in the unit for over 4 years. Why??? because I found out that they were over billing the Tenants "Sub meters" for water during the construction of their new building. Public Housing, Department of Regulatory and the Commissioners are all in on this and do nothing. I was living in an infested unit and provided 3 violation notices in 1 years directly each time I sent notification of their continued negligence or when i denied their bribes to drop complaints and then informed the Local offices. Each notice was invalid. Stay away they are big developers who have big connections including the Judges.

The place seems disrespectful to me, I live in an apartment and they have towed my car 4 times, they tell you that you can have 2 cars but when you arrive at night there is no parking and when you get up they tow you the car and when you call Nobody answers the office, the logical thing is that if you pay for the apartment, they will give you your reserved patches
