I have been here since November 2008. The owner is continuously working to improve the appearance and security of the complex. I think they do an excellent job. The staff are quite strong in their ability to interact with people. They handle problems without drama. I see the staff riding around all day long. They spend time putting quality into where I live. You would think considering the price to live in these apartments it would be better taken care of. Came to visit a friend recently. Upon arrival I couldn’t find a parking spot anywhere near her building, or any of the surrounding buildings. It was maybe 7 p.m and the only parking was at the very front of the complex. My friends apartment is located all the way in the back. A quarter of a mile walk, in the dark, with my 3 and a half year old daughter. The building itself smelled rancid as soon as I got in the stairwell. My friend pays for trash removal, but obviously nothing had been removed that day. This is a common occurrence I was told. The interior of the apartments aren’t anything to be excited about as well. None of the appliances have been updated in years. The front office management doesn’t care to help at all and will charge you a fine if your trash isn’t removed (Remember, my friend pays for trash removal). They will also tow your car first chance if you’re parked along a curb or in the grass, so watch out for that! This place needs a major overhaul inside and out. For $2000 a month, save yourself some trouble and look elsewhere.

They charge you for taking your trash, but they don’t. The parking situation is a little troubling, and the lighting inside the apartments is just bad. Too overpriced for what it offers. Not cool.

Just moved in. Very beautiful apartment and nice staff (the maintenance worker is amazing!) but very loud apartment near busy road. You hear the cars all day and all night, and I had asked if the apartments were quiet when viewing the model apartment and was told yes. Pretty disappointed. They should think about planting a hedge or something to help block road sound.
