The shower water is freaking cold very often! I complained this issue to their staff and nobody care! Don’t bring your kids there if you have any other choice!

Be aware. The review is for the pool. Don't pay $65/month family plan thinking you will be able to use the family pool. It's always full, and you can't get a time spot. The schedule is immediately filled once opened up. Also, if you read the reviews ppl wait hours without being able to use the family pool. If you want to cancel, you have to go in person and cancel 15 days in advance Even if you registered online and have never used the service. It's a scam. Stay away!
