Front office people are very friendly and helpful. Been w/o running water 3+ days this month due to a water main breaking 4 different times. Had my hot water heater go out and had my fridge go out too this year. Great staff, but this place is falling apart.

Wasn’t told about a credit check and we’ll I’m young haven’t had a chance to really build my credit. Owned a house with my husband and rented an apartment both have good paying jobs and everything. So I applied because we’re moving in a few weeks and I was denied because of credit even though my rent and mortgage payments were always on time and was even told they saw that. So annoying to not know that kind of information after paying $65 in total in app fees and stuff. Now I’m super stressed out and don’t have the money to spare to pay app fees for somewhere else with how expensive moving to another state already is. Super disappointed/ even more ticked off.

Jane Gallagher Ashley. Shay was always great to work with. We were shown a model apartment that was close to perfect but for size of kitchen so decided to get 3 bedroom main floor, no model to see would need to take sight unseen. Strange right? With our house on market we applied, approved, paid deposit. Day we were to take possession asked to see apt, floor cracked & peeling, baseboards chewed up & painted over. Paint splattered floors. Bad. We said no, decided against it & were told we would lose our deposit. We feel that we were deceived & had signed no lease or any legal document. Bad practice of forcing people to take sight unseen!

This is place is not minority friendly. I make 6 figures a year, the apartment was a 1 bedroom so my income was more than enough. I have a high credit score. Career under my belt. Bilingual. Non felon etc. Somehow after I applied, paid my app fees and all I was denied. When I contacted the man in the office who worked there he gave me a 1-800 number to call. Instead of actually trying to resolve it. I didn’t expect this to happen being that it never has before and I was in good standing with the requirements. I was given the run around for weeks. As stated above, the place seemed to not be minority friendly after all the excuses I was given and how it was handled. Stay away and don’t waste your money on the app fee. There’s better places in the area to rent at.

Don't know but if you live there they send out an e-mail or newsletter saying when the pool opens and closes.
