I lived at Kensington Woods for 6 years and had very few issues. Sally, the apartment manager was always a pleasure to work with. She was helpful and kind every time I needed something. Maintenance was the same way, if something needed fixed it was usually handled within 24hrs of my request. I would rent from them again!

I lived here for about 5 months and loved it! The price is very reasonable and the rooms are great. When I was looking for places I had trouble finding a nice 1-bedroom apartment in Omaha in a convenient location with a dishwasher for under $1,000/month. This place not only has rooms with a dishwasher, but they also include cable and internet through COX ....all for under $1,000/month! 108th & Dodge is a great location that is close to Westroads Mall, various restaurants, Family Fare, & HyVee ....and has easy access to I-80. They have a nice pool and exercise area as well. The manager Sally is very easy to work with and very kind!!!! ~Jared

Love the office staff, they helped me find my recently widowed Mom a great place for her to live, I love my Mom's apartment, she just moved in and seems very happy, her only complaint is the older run down hallways. The hallway looks like it hasn't been painted or cleaned up in a very long time, she decorated her own door but it needs paint and better cleaning.

Hello Debi, our amenity package at Kensington Woods includes COX digital basic cable and an exclusive rate for our residents. However, residents set up their own internet service.
Hello Selena, utilities aren't included in the amenity package. Our amenity package includes access to all amenities such as the pool and fitness center, wifi access in common areas, pest control, basic COX digital basic cable and more.

Amenities include...pool, fitness room, basic cable TV. Utilities... studios all utilities paid except for trash now I believe there is a small charge. As for anything but the studio I believe the tenant pays all utilities.
