I know that this company (ClearFP) utilizes a third-party online product review management interface to automatically post four- and five-star reviews to its website and Google Maps while actively blocking reviews with lower stars from being posted, pending the approval of Crystal Bays. As someone who believes 100% in honesty and transparency, I can not support that this financial planning firm insists on deceiving the general public and its consumers. Deceptive review practices cheat consumers, undercut honest businesses, and pollute online commerce. I was recently about the business of tracking down a long-forgotten IRA from a company I had worked for many years ago. After locating the information online, I reached out to ClearFP, as they were listed as the agent. Imagine my surprise to be treated so rudely. Like many others have stated, the way the staff person handled my call was shocking. The woman I spoke with, Crystal, has a tone that drips with sarcasm and seethes with condescension. Clearly her personal relationship with the owner gives her leeway to speak so horribly with people. Seeing that he seems to be so successful at what he does, I'm surprised that this treatment of people doesn't bother him.
