Always stuffy inside. The temperature is kept around 72° in the summer and 58° in the winter. But without any moving air it feels stuffy. Back door entrance has been broken for 6 months. They keep saying the same thing, that it will be fixed but a part is back ordered. The price on my unit was raised by $28 in one month. Still, over all, clean, bug and rat free. NO RESTROOMS. NO DUMPSTERS. (open dumpsters behind other businesses in parking lot). PLENTY of parking but with only 2 entrances open, it does become a bottleneck at times. Front doors only open when office is open.

Great place if you like continuous and non stop price increases. I rented a unit for 17 months and underwent 3. Most importantly - beware of Unit #P4 (and similar units) as there is a large utility pole that eats into the square footage making it a 4' x 4' unit, as opposed to the 5' x 5' for which you are charged. The tops of many, if not all, units are also open air so you WILL get a lot of bugs in there.
