I’ve waited since November of 2021 to post this. I leased a 10x10 unit July 2021 at $96/month. I receive notification in November of 2021 that my monthly rate was going to increase to $131 per month! A difference of $35 per month! I just moved in two months prior and didn’t want to deal with the hassle of moving so I stayed put. Received an additional monthly increase in August of 2022 to $155 per month! I obviously canceled because of the poor business practices and price gouging efforts. Buyer beware.
