Utter disaster from beginning to end. We scheduled a time to pick up a truck weeks in advance. Just a few hours before the pick up time, we were informed the only truck available was on the other side of town and that we should just take an Uber (rather than being able to walk to our scheduled location). Customer service was extremely unhelpful and unapologetic. I made arrangements to pick up the truck later in the day since our initial plans were out the window. We get 5 minutes away and they told me the truck would be at 3rd location and that location closes in 30 minutes. So we drive there. Finally get the truck, and the tire pressure light is on. The representative on site rudely told us to call roadside assistance WHILE WE WERE STILL ON THE PROPERTY. So now, 8 hours after my scheduled pick up, I still can’t depart and am waiting for roadside assistance to arrive to fix a truck they should have never rented out. This has been the most frustrating experience and some of the worst customer service.
