Went for my daughter’s passport appointment. The employee that was helping was so patient and wonderful. Highly recommend this post office.

The fact you took out the blue boxes packages fits in, is ridiculous not all of us have time stand in your long line to hand you a package that’s already paid for and just needs to be dropped off. Put the blue boxes for packages back outside. This post office is a joke now.

Most if the staffs are nice but a man was very rude and arrogant to me.

A postal worker at this particular location that goes by the name MARIA is extremely rude. She did not treat me with respect and rushed me through my shipping process. She got irritated quick when I asked her if I could confirm my address and got authoritative and angry. Overall, a very unpleasant experience with this person. I’d rather go to another USPS down the street than having to deal with her ever again.

This website allows you to schedule appointments for passport services. https://tools.usps.com/rcas.htm I should warn you that it is a bit buggy. For example, if you select the Passport Renewal service first, then some options like "Number of Adults/Minors" become locked. I think this is intentional, but it doesn't clearly tell you that.

The physical forms are both available publicly, and at their office I believe. You may need to be 18 to apply, not entirely sure on that one.
