It's a nice mobile home park. Kind of has a beachy feel to it. Reminds me of a mobile home park I visited in Morro Bay. It's small and kept nice.

Do you rent them out
Yes. I don't have any myself yet. But I know they need to be indoors and I think it's one cat/dog per house. The park manger is very nice & knowledgeable. I'm a 2 Year resident here and have been very happy at this park🙂
It varies by space. Some spaces have better parking arrangements. Call the office, she is very nice.
Yes there are empty spaces available too and there are several units on sale now as far as I know.
