I would give them no stars but sadly that is not an option. I am very concerned with the fact that they lock the back gate at 4:30 pm on school days and close it completely on weekends. I am a student and my way of transportation to school everyday is by walking and through the back gate. Their new schedule fits the time i leave for and from school but they dont think about after school activities for every student that lives in this mobile home park. The new rule blocks me from getting home from sports, clubs, and mandatory activities after school hours. I have to miss out on certain things because of the ridiculous time they lock their doors. They say that they are doing it to keep people out at night because of vandalism, but have you ever thought about the fact that they are keeping their residents in. It is more of a punishment to the residents than to the outsiders. Also a few weekends ago i had plans with a friend and she does not live in this neighborhood. She lives right outside of the gate so i used to always just go through the gate to her house and it would approximately take me around 5 minutes. I would also get to easily walk through my neighborhood where I feel safe and comfortable. After they decided to lock it, I had to walk all the way around and cross a few streets as well. This took me around 45 min to an hour. It is not only time consuming but it is extremely dangerous. I am a young teen and I have to walk out in the street alone to just get to my friends house. I know for a fact that I am not the only one experiencing this, because the majority of our mobile home park is consisted of children. I think our manager cares more about saving money on walls getting vandalized than the safety and comfort of their own residents. I am very disappointed in the way our mobile home park is ran. I would love for somebody to reach out to me about this so i can go more in depth about the issue. Overall, terrible management would not recommend living here.

Lived there when the space rent was decent and home values were up. Then property was sold and the greedy new owners got rid of all the great benefits the park had such as monitors, who were retired tenants who monitored the place. We also had outside security who drove by throughout the day and night. Then the raised the space rent to exorbitant amounts. Many people lost there homes and home values dropped.

A lot of the units themselves were run down. Common areas looked well-maintained. 2 biggest issues I had were: 1. Street numbering was kind of wonky & made no sense. Not easy for a first time visitor to find. 2. NO easy visitor parking. All the units have short, narrow driveways found in most trailer parks. Most parks have some visitor parking on their interior streets as well as by common areas. Only ancillary street parking I saw was assigned parking for individual spaceholders. Totally NOT friendly to visitors or the disabled as the only disabled parking I saw was by the office & clubhouse. I was interviewing to share a unit there, but I am disabled & without convenient parking, I had to turn it down.π₯π‘
