Apartment buildings and common areas kept clean and maintained. Staff has always been friendly and helpful. One time I had an issue with my dishwasher and maintenance came right away and fixed it.

I believe they allow small dogs up to 35 lb and cats you may want to call them to be positive though I know they just did a bunch of remodeling and a lot of the units so they may have changed that for some of them.
Per unit, I dont think they offer the per room deal at fountain glen
Nope, you pay for electric and cable/internet if you want that as well
