This is the most unprofessional office to deal with.I stayed in a hotel for a month waiting to move into my apartment only to find day before I was told I couldn’t bring my service animal!!!!! The worst!!!!!!

I’ve lived here since December. The complex is disgusting. Absolutely littered with peoples trash. Parking is atrocious. My apartment is completely spotless but I have had an “exterminator” to my complex 4x for roaches. I wish I could give it less stars.

I am having very bad experience with Knoll Gardens. I got the apartment last month only. They just informed me two days before shifting date is that apartment is not ready. They asked for one more week on their scheduled date. They asked for rent $1570 and told it will be newly furnished apartment. But it came out as trap for me. The floor is not only an very old(sticky) floor but it has many dirty stains. I did many follow ups but nobody is here to listen to me. Office persons are telling that they are not responsible and now they asking me to check with maintenance, lol. Their part is only to promise you. I am new here so I do not much process here. I know nobody is here to listen to me. I just wanted make you guys aware of this kind of trap of Knoll Gardens. May Almighty bless them!
