I'll say that the people and the service is amazing. However, when you pull up and don't smell smoke there could be an issue. When you see a microwave and real plates in a bbq joint you may have made a mistake. The brisket is ok pretty juicy but no smoke or really any flavor. The turkey was a chub(not a fat bird) the type you get at a deli and they put it in the microwave to warm it up. The beans and the Mac came out of a can or a box. This place has been around for 40 plus years and the people were the only really good part. It makes me sad to see a place like this not have the kind of food they should.

I'm from out of town, so coming to DFW there was a billion different options for bbq. Boy am I glad I chose to come here, genuinely some of the best food I've had.
