I ordered a pulled pork sandwich for lunch. It was OK. Others must think their food is great because there were long lines from the time we arrived till we left.

The place is overrated. The food is not that good. Don't get fooled by the Smokey smell. Service was slow. Over priced.

Place needs a good deep clean even just a once over would be an improvement. Food was not even worth mentioning. Purchased sat down and took a few bites then left all the food without eating it because it was very disappointing and kind of scary to keep eating it. Wish I had listened to all the warning signs from how dirty the place looks before I took a risk to try the food. I left hungry for real smoked barbecue! So I drove to Goode Company Barbecue a little further down 290 and spent less money for much higher quality and truly smoked delicious brisket, ribs, amazing fresh potatoe salid, green beans, mac and cheese, jalpeno pinto beans, austin baked beans, and fresh coleslaw! Great atmosphere and everything on the menu is delicious. I eat here two times a week and would more if I didn't think two times was already maybe a bit to much.

When I've ordered food there, the employees were black American. Never an issue. Doesn't the smoke smell great when you walk in? The barbeque is really good. And the BBQ stuffed baked potatoes are awesome ,and huge. Ive never eaten any more than half. The other half is for tomorrow.

It is open today June 28th 2019 but every one of the employees is new except for 1. Portions of meat were definitely smaller on my stuff baked potato. Asian guy was in the back preparing meals not sure if they sold out or what will be cautious in the future to see what's going on . I'm not down with the smaller portions for the same $$$.
