When I've ordered food there, the employees were black American. Never an issue. Doesn't the smoke smell great when you walk in? The barbeque is really good. And the BBQ stuffed baked potatoes are awesome ,and huge. Ive never eaten any more than half. The other half is for tomorrow.

All the people who have served me have spoken to me on English. Since I am Mexican-Americam, I sometimes converse in Spanish to the ladies who are Hispanic. I agree that there should be Nationwide law making English the official language, but it is not the only language we can speak at work, church, the mall, at home, a restaurant, at a park, a family gathering, at a party or a dance, etc. It is not racist to speak your country of origin language in public.
I dont know who was the owner before or who is it now but I know that there are people (ladies n men) who do speak english and i know because I have went to eat there acouple of times this past week and they always talk english when getting my food order and are very nice and fast.
