We had some good wholesome barbecue yesterday for lunch and all I can say is good things about this establishment. Pork Ribs 5* Half Chicken 5* Chopped Beef 5* Potato Salad 5* Baked Beans 5* Macaroni and Cheese 5* Apple Pie 5* Ribs were done perfectly. Chicken was seasoned well and so soft and smoky goodness. Chopped beef was done right. Potato salad was excellent.baked beans were delicious and the creamy Mac was great! None of the food needed the barbecue sauce that was provided but I did eat the sauce with my raw onion rings and it went well together. We will definitely stop here every time we pass through Wharton to grab some this amazing food. Let me also mention that the staff was extremely nice and friendly.

We visited some friends from Wharton Texas and they both took us to eat the ideal BBQ in the area and everything was truly delicious, I remember that we arrived twice at the invitation of friends for lunch and the third time with my wife to try it for the last time since we had to go back to colorado but everything was excellent service and the menu was delicious especially the brisket cut with its exquisite BBQ sauce accompanied by its beans I hope they continue so well with those extraordinary recipes, Hinze's is something good I recommend it 👌
