This day and age people barely return calls so I was pleasantly surprised when my call my answered right away. Jamie at the leasing office was super helpful and well informed, and thoroughly answered all of my questions regarding renting an apartment!

DO NOT MOVE HERE! The place is infested with all kinds of bugs, rats and mice including the one attached in the photo that forced me to leave my apartment and terminate my lease. The building does not care about the unlivable conditions they put you in. IF YOU LIVE HERE NOW MOVE OUT BEFORE YOU GET INFESTED WITH THESE!

I just moved in a week ago and I love it here. It's beautiful and quiet nobody bothers you here & Jamie from the leasing office was very nice to me very patient considerate & super helpful with all my needs and answered all my questions I'm glad I moved to harbor terrace thanks again Jamie i know ill love it here. 😀
