Living here 21yrs and had leak for 10 of those. New super Ricky found problem nd solved it right away. Any and every issue since has been fixed with sense of urgency. Thank you Christian for always following through on repairs👌🏽. Office staff very professional and friendly. Neighbors are annoying here tho. Or that’s just most/all neighbors🤷🏾‍♂️

I’ve been living here at hillside gardens for 11yrs and the service as always been top notch especially now that the new head superintendent Ricky as taken over the service as stepped up so much always on time and problems always solved no matter the situation. I highly recommend living here

I've been living in a one bedroom apartment in the complex for about 8 months now. As with any other apartment complex, there are positives and negatives... The positives: The price. The prices here are affordable. As you know, rent prices everywhere have increased but you get alot of bang for your buck. I have a small balcony, central air and heat, a walk in closet, and a decent amount of space for under 1400 a month. Not too shabby. Location: If you're a shopper like myself, you're in luck! Walmart, Wawa, Aldi, Dollar Tree, etc are all nearby. There are a VAST amount of restaurants in a 2 mile radius. Foodies rejoice! Not to mention the various parks and the two malls located within 10 minutes of the complex. I love the convenience! The Vibe: Very quiet community...for the most part. Everyone minds their business and keeps to themselves. You don't hear sirens and yelling and ignorance all day long. It's very chill. Maintenance: Very efficient and speedy service. If you need something fixed, it will be fixed and fixed QUICKLY! I have never had a problem with maintenance. They were very responsive. Now the negatives... This place has ABSOLUTELY NO soundproofing. You will hear everything! I have the displeasure of living on the second floor. The neighbors above me are very loud and inconsiderate. There is lots of stomping and banging. I have tried to address this with the office and they gave me an email address and told me to write my complaint. Not exactly the resolution I hoped for😩 The appliances: For some reason, my stove is always smoky. It has been that way since I moved in. The stove, dishwasher and fridge are older. Also the cabinets and drawers show signs of age/wear and tear. Its not too bad but it's definitely not modern. Overall, I really like the place. I definitely will finish out my lease but I am still on the fence about renewing. Give the place a try and see if it's for you.
