Very bad place in rent and sale procedure, management is not clear there. After purchasing the unit and completing the required papers, they do not say it the first time, every time they ask for documents, and sometimes they forget that we submitted it to them. They ask again and stay for months. They do not answer the phone or e-mail, especially after you have completed all the procedures and the purchase contract and paid the down payment and we paid the price of the unit in full and in the end We wait week after week to receive the unit. We are surprised that the same unit is for sale at a higher price. The year ends and you look at an answer, phone, or email from management, and there's nothing. The board of directors does not respect people's time and lives at all. As for the real estate agent in place, they don't care about anything selling or responding to the client, they just take the time. 7 months ends and you pay money too much and you insure the unit for 3 months because they postpone the closing date and in the end they send your lawyer a statement that they most likely do not give you the unit, this situation really happened and not a movie..... Don't believe them... I don't recommend buying , because it wastes your time and money and stresses nothing.

Very, very bad in buying and selling, I had a bad experience with them. They wasted 7 months in order to build a unit, and at the closing date they postponed the appointment, and after they got all the papers and the check for the entire price of the unit, they suspended the purchase for three months…. I do not recommend buying or renting here
