Update 10/29/20 - I have returned to Blink in Nutley for the first time since the start of the pandemic. I visited twice during the week of 10/25/20. I am there at 5:00 AM when they open, so this review is only for observations made between 5 and 6 AM. In my opinion the place is cleaner than ever and the staff is doing all they can to keep members safe. Every other elliptical and treadmill machine is blocked off to maintain social distance. Your temperature is taken when entering and masks are available if someone forgets theirs, although I have not seen anyone not wearing a mask. Blink is very clean. It's machines are very new although some are closer together than I like. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable about the equipment. One tip I have for people who have used other gyms is to bring your own towel because they are not provided. Another tip is, parking is free in the municipal lot if you leave the gym before a certain hour. The staff can provide the time they start giving tickets. I am always out by 6:30 AM.

All machines are kept in great working order. The staff is pleasant when you come in and say good bye when you leave. Locker room is clean and kept up. The earlier you work out the.better

This place is very clean and there is plenty of room to walk around the gym area. The staff were all very nice to me and helpfully accommodating when I went there today for my first time. The area around the gym is a little busy, especially during rush hour, but there is a giant parking lot outside at the back of the gym. That being said, I don't know if you are allowed to park in it without some kind of paid permit. They sell drinks and shirts and towels and stuff at the front of the gym and the bathrooms were very clean when I was there earlier today. I will be purchasing a one year membership.

Now the staff is super friendly don’t get me wrong. But I feel like there are times where the soap in the bathrooms are always empty and don’t get checked regularly and the hand sanitizers also. There was a comment below saying the age limit is 14. And the user said it should be brought up higher. I agree. Most kids go in big packs and hog a machine and so hard for a single person to get a proper workout with kids in the way fooling around. Probably gonna get an automated response say we will look into it. Mm

There is a lot of available meter parking and you will be ticketed if you don't pay. They do offer free parking in the lot across from the municipal lot but that's only after 4pm weekdays and all the time on weekends.
No, there's no women's area. It's intermingled. No one really bothers you though (in my experience).
