Called the company 3x this week- still have not received call back from management- concerning Monday's 1 hour late pick up of my S-I-L. This delayed her time with the doctor. We missed the scheduled appointment and were waiting in the office over 2 hours!! There have been other MD appointments also- and Metro has been consistently late.

The worst service ever! There was no communication between the departments that schedule appointments and the actual transport. I informed them that my sister has a vent and she is only going to the hospital for COVID-19 swap on a Saturday. I asked them if he can wait because it only a 5 minutes process. They said Yes!! Keep in mind I ask them on the phone before I paid and organized this, to insure the safety for my sister. When I asked the driver they if he was informed, he said No and called his manger while he is driving us to the testing area. It only toke 5 minutes from the time we left the transportation car to getting COVID-19 tested. Unbelievable!

We found Metro to be extremely professional. But even more importantly, both the drivers and the office staff were tremendously sensitive and went far beyond what was required in order to accommodate an urgent need for my dad that took them off plan. And they did it with a smile. We only had this one experience, but it was super important, and we could not be more grateful for their humanity. I am happy to give them my highest recommendation.

DO NOT USE, they are terrible. They were told the patient was immobile. Despite that, a single person shows up with a wheelchair and later calls me to say that they were unable to transport because the driver wasn't able to carry the patient out. Upon my questioning the person who answers their phone, they became defensive and accused me of scheduling the wrong service. Never offered an apology or made any effort to make amends. Non existent customer service.

depends on the type of transfer. please note most of the transportations we do are non-emergency. for an emergency always diall 911. for non-emergency we can respond relatively quickly
