The Willows @ Symphony Hall is my Place of Palace where I find my peace relaxation my zen and tranquility I greatly appreciate every last one of the office staff members from the manager on up you guys have been very supportive cooperative with assisting me and making sure that you guys accommodate me to every capacity I thank you all for your sympathy and your compassion at such a vulnerable time crucial with this pandemic I've been living here almost 2 years I can't forget about Mr Charles the handyman and the maintenance crew guys who does a phenomenal job by keeping our halls and the premises clean and safe I pray God's Blessings 🙏😘 be with you all in your endeavors

!!!! READ THIS REVIEW BEFORE YOU SIGN YOUR LEASE !!!! The ONLY upside to living here - is having somewhere to live.... thats it!! I have lived here about 2 years, and management wont bother you at all. They wont bother to make sure your information is up to date... that's YOUR job!! They dont send proper correspondence to who needs to recieve it - like ME! They post bulletins up in the main lobby cause they think everyone is going to stop &&read the papers. Ive heard from other tenants that they have stripped some amenities that were promised (by lease), they make up new rules every week, and today, sitting in the office with the closed sign up while people are being towed. Ive already spoke to them about updating my sticker, YESTERDAY. There is NO FOLLOW UP from them. I was offered a temporary sticker to park in the parking lot. So why wasnt EVERYONE offered a temporary sticker, if they dont have a new one?! If you like cooking out where you live - this aint the building for you. If you like a 24/7 workout room (which had a threaten of lockdown because of kids playing in there - instead of just asking their parents to have them play outside), this aint the building for you. If you like friendly, empathetic, CUSTOMER SERVICE BASED MANAGEMENT.... THIS AINT THE BUILDING FOR YOU!!! &&IM CALLING CORPORATE TO COMPLAIN ABOUT HOW IVE BEEN HANDLED TODAY. *** Also, my PERSONAL information that was given to the younger girl that works in the office was left on the desk... pressed against glass with my contact information for everyone to see.
