DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT EVER MOVE HERE! These apartments are filled with dirty people, the management is TERRIBLE, when you need to request service they will send you to voicemail but they don’t forget to send the emails out when its time to pay rent! They have a bad roach problem, when you first move in you might be safe for like 5 or 6 months then you’re gonna get swarmed. Make sure you remember to read reviews before you move somewhere, if you make a little bit more money go for a better apartment cause these ain’t it. Just remember NEVER MOVE HERE. I stay here currently and I will not renew my lease. I found something better.

Do NOT move here. Townhouses are so hot it’s unbearable; we’ve requested repair and been told by maintenance we just have to put up with the heat. Our downstairs is at a steady 80 degrees and the upstairs -where our bedrooms are- stay at 93, even with us having purchased window units for each room. Upstairs floor/downstairs ceiling is rotting. Toilets don’t flush correctly/completely. Maintenance argues with you and the office makes promises they don’t keep.

They are very good apartments and with healthy and hygienic recreational needs on the agenda with very ample parking for your needs and immediate attention.
