Ibelieve I ambeing double billed. I paid my water last month thenrecd a disconnection notice a few days later. When i went to check my balmce it showed I owed same amount as previous bill. I paid it but I dont believe it was correct. What do I do?

My bill due on the 15th of May and they call the same day with a disconnect notice.
