Why is my bill almost $170.00?! I have lived here over 17 years and have NEVER used the amount of water they say I use! This company is a fraud and they are price gauging! Residents of Haltom City let's get together and go after this company!

I'm with you my water bill is $101.39 this month I am 70 and I live alone I did not have a washing machine and I do not use the dishwasher my bill has gone up $10.00 to $20.00 each month since fatham took over!

I agree something needs to be done. The price is getting higher and higher all the time and the quality of the water isn't even good. We used to pay $80 dollars on average and now its up to $180. This is crazy. The city needs to step in and do something. This is a fraud for sure

I am having the same issue. They are saying we are using 9000 gallons of water. There are alot of different charges on my bill. When it was just me and my wife they said we were using over 6000 gallons of water. I want to get rid of this company also.
