First off, I am NOT a fan of Fathom. BUT aren't they just a billing company following the rules that Haltom City gave them? Shouldn't we be protesting with them? Maybe at a City Council meeting?

They say they do but they don't, I have heard rumors they fired some worker for trying to follow Haltom City rules. So go figure that one out. I am just happy to be moving out of the city.

Ibelieve I ambeing double billed. I paid my water last month thenrecd a disconnection notice a few days later. When i went to check my balmce it showed I owed same amount as previous bill. I paid it but I dont believe it was correct. What do I do?

I have been leery of asking questions for fear of making waves but here goes. From the moment 2 ununiformed people came in a unmarked car to switch out our meter. Also bill wnt up. Call unanswered. I need to see if they charge extra for recycling?
