There is a concrete ramp beside the beach. It is a great option if you plan to spend time with a group and only spend a portion of your time on the water. However, the launch at the end of Long Pond Road is a better choice if you plan to spend most of your time on the water.

Not at the park but there are trails that go around the lake that are accessible from outside the grounds. Cherry Plains State Park is very close to Grafton and allows camping.

Absolutely, highly recommend a mountain bike, some trails can be a little more difficult than others. There's a trail that starts in grafton and reaches all the way to Vermont
