Great location for the price. The leasing/ maintenance staff is very helpful and accommodating. Finding parking is always difficult, but most of the tenants with garages use them for storage instead of parking which adds to the issue.

Cars get broken into constantly, had one of my cars stolen from the property. Homeless people rummaging through the trash all day and night. Hot tubs are gross and are hardly ever working. Pool is the same when they are open. Over priced for the amount of shady things that happen here. Staff is nice I suppose, but everything about this place isn't worth the rent.

This is a amazing place to live the staff is so friendly and always willing to help. The maintenance crew is always hard working and always keeping busy ,I always see them doing something, even it's getting a apartment ready for a new tenant or fixing something on the roof no job is to small or to big for the chase village crew

Rating may be altered moving forward, but my experience thus far has been lackluster, to say the least. Move-in date got changed twice on me (from the 14th to the 21st to the 26th), I moved in on the 26th and paid $1800, a full month's rent, and am expected to pay rent come the first of the month again in February (this is partially my fault for not standing up in the moment) and, to top it all off, the master bathroom bathtub and shower have no water flowing to them, the outlets don't work in either bathroom or the secondary bedroom, and none of the smoke detectors work. In fact, the secondary bedroom heater, outlets, and lights are all nonfunctional.
