Fast, efficient, concise, professional, these are but a few words one could use to describe their experience with Scott Mahady. He was able to handle my needs with above average results, and I would recommend him and his team over at DWC to anyone that requires a firm stance with optimal representation. Great job everyone!

Dwyer Williams Attorneys was amazing. I had Scott Mahady, he genuinely cared about me. I had a really hard situation and he got me through it and we had an amazing ending. I would definitely use them again.

Although my auto accident was in January 2020 and it took a year and half to close my case, Scott was very thorough in researching new statutes with great precision. Communication with the team was to be expected. This case was particularly complicated as it happened pre-COVID and they had to adjust to changes while in the midst of a pandemic.

We can not say enough good things about our experience with Dwyer Williams Cherkoss. Our attorney Scott Mahady, was professional and thorough, and patiently answered any questions we had. We always felt like our thoughts and concerns were taken seriously, and we absolutely appreciated the time and effort made for us to understand each step. Paralegal Amber Adeboi was an absolute angel! She was on top of everything. We were never left hanging, and she did her best to soothe my worries during what could have been an extremely stressful experience. My family strongly recommends Dwyer Williams Cherkoss! You could not ask for a finer team to represent you. Thank you so much DWC!

Damien, greetings. Call our office, and one of our attorneys will get back with you to give you advice on your next steps (for free). It’s all confidential, and we are happy to either help you if we can, or otherwise point you in the right direction. Thanks! - Tim Williams
That depends on the carrier. Generally, if the repairs will cost 70% or more of the vehicles fair market value, the insurer will declare the car a total loss and just cut a check for its total value in exchange for signing the title over to them. Of course, the fair market value of the car is can be negotiated - we generally recommend folks get with a car dealer to get a sense of what the car would have been listed at on their lot in the condition it was in immediately prior to the crash.
Sorry - I never received notice from Google that you had asked this question! “Personal injury” encompasses any situation where someone negligently or intentionally injures a person. That included car crashes, dog bites, product defects, dangerous premises, assaults, medical malpractice (including a misdiagnosis), etc. Hope that helps.
