I see it costs 8$ per car to get in, but what about if people are traveling by CDTA bus? Is there a entrance fee to use the beaches/park itself, or just to park?

Pedestrians-- walkers, joggers, bicyclists-- get in for free. Same with any other State Park.

As far as I know the $8 is only for parking. Anyone arriving at the park by bus does not pay a fee.
