Absolutely, highly recommend a mountain bike, some trails can be a little more difficult than others. There's a trail that starts in grafton and reaches all the way to Vermont
You can, but check with a ranger for your best options. Some of the trails are quite rocky and are much easier to walk.

If you go past the park entrance and turn left at little store gas station maybe 1/4 mile past park entrance thrtr is a trail better for mountain bike trail, not so much at trail thats around the park thats more of a walking path
