Poor instructions online, because they are not doing the express/skip the desk due to covid.

got charged twice for same rental. i had to fight it . it happened twice and looks as some one misusing or cooking the books. i use hertz for years but the phila airport seems to have a problem. my credit card told me that i got charged but no one can produce a receipt for the rental. very odd

Pretty helpful staff, they were quick in getting my brother in a car and out of there.

Very helpful staff. I was allowed to choose from a wide variety of vehicles. Easy pick up and return and shuttle to and from airport.

They are under staffed. The had to close their gold desk early. No way to call direct that I could see.
The legal age but you should call them and ask!
Yes
You should wait for a bus. They're able to accommodate all types of scooters, wheelchairs, and walking assists. The ride takes about 7 minutes.
Use the drop box
Whatevr rental car co.( hertz alamo avis.. whatevr name. Take bak to same rental name n drop car off in return lane at air port to whatevr name it is in.... good luck
Yes, they are. Leave the main terminal, walk across the skybridge to the luggage buildings, and then go downstairs and outside to get to the rental car shuttle pickup area. Alternately, if you don't mind walking through a parking garage and then crossing a one-way road, you can actually walk to Hertz and skip the shuttle. It's about 5 minute walk from terminals B and C.
They do not answer phones. You have to go to the site or call the 800 number.
Due to staff scheduling and holiday season and that's no excuse but no one wants to work like they used to.
Have to take shuttle bus to all the car rental lots. Catch it outside baggage claim doors.
They have various locations. Airports (Ohare & Midway) are obvious choices. Nest bet is to check the Hertz website to see what other locations are closest to you.
Call Hertz directly and ask about picking up car at that time.
They are currently not receiving debit card.
They are still active you could try calling there number
Do u have any car for rent
You take a shuttle. There is an information desk near baggage to help direct you to shuttle if needed but signs are good
The prices will depend on the time of year you rent the size of the car you rent the insurance policy you have and a length of time you would like to keep the car the number of people driving and whether or not you have a credit card.
Yes as long as you confirm that in the reservation
Yes you have a shuttle from hertz to the airport
I don't believe the hotel shuttle runs that time of the morning, you should arrange to Uber or taxi
Call their 1-800 number and ask your question. If they can't answer, they will give you tge local number. This eorked for Providence, so it should work everywhere.
No you can drop off at any location you choose as long as its Hertz some location may charge extra but that depends. I've return at other location different from where I picked up and didn't get charged anything extra.
You can but your best bet Is to add him as a driver if hes of age ....if not I'm assuming he has a license , therefore if you do rent one for him do it yourself and just give it to him ..just not on the lot, a friend of mine was banned for renting a car and letting his 16 y/o friend drive off the lot with it
Yes but only after a return, you still need a credit card to book the reservation but upon returning the vehicle you can tell them you want to change the payment method and pay with your debit card
Can anyone ever reach the counter clerk by phone at this location? The phone menu just goes to 800 numbers, unless you know a direct extension. I've been on hold at 800 number to connect to counter, only to be circled back to the same menu 6 times.
They have parking reservations available. Especially at the airport locations... so I would say Yes to your question
I would leave it in Long Term Parking if I had to leave it, but I would most likely take an Uber or taxi to Hertz. Probably come out cheaper too.
