I've been renting cars from this enterprise since November 2021, and I've had a decent experience with no major issues. Some cars have some stained seats, availability issues, etc., the usual, but today I overheard a conversation with Gabby. She called to confirm our reservation, and my fiancee wanted to change it to my name. Instead of assuming the gender of "the fiancee", she said they/them. It doesn't sound like a huge deal, but it goes a long way. HUGE SHOUTOUT TO Gabby!! Thank you! You will be the reason we continue to rent with Enterprise :)
