I’ve never had a less enjoyable rental experience in my entire life. Unfortunately, I had to utilize this enterprise because of my insurance’s affiliation, and the car repair shop nearby. I had unidentified charges. An initial SUV who’s engine light came on and road terribly, back firing! The manager took 3 days to get an appropriate car the size I requested (my extended SUV is already at the shop at this point). And it took Symone days to call me back sometimes weeks to deal with issues or credits. Over a month later an unknown charge the same amount as a credit, I had to report it with my credit card ultimately. I wish my car insurance wasn’t affiliated, I’d never use enterprise again because of my very poor service with this one location. It should’ve been a smooth transaction. My husband and I had all we needed on our end. It was a headache and huge mess.
